The link below will take you to another great video from FX Street and Sam Seiden, one of my favourite trading educators, on multiple timeframe analysis.

Although it refers to the forex markets, the principles are valid in any market.

Even if you don't wish to trade the same methodology as Sam, try to understand what he's doing from a supply/demand perspective. This should (hopefully) help with perceiving the interaction of orderflow across multiple timeframes.
