Email Q&A Policy (effective 13 May 2011):
(a) All emails will be read by me personally.
(b) All emails regarding technical matters will be answered
(c) All sales queries regarding YTC products or services will be answered.
(d) Support questions regarding YTC products or services will be answered as time becomes available, and compiled into a broadcast Q&A email sent to all product update subscribers. Remember - purchase of an ebook (like any physical book) does not imply entitlement to an ongoing one-on-one mentorship.
(e) Requests for generic trading advice will no longer be answered. However they will all be read and if I feel the question offers value to others as well then it will form the basis of a YTC Newsletter article. But if you want help understanding the difference between an SMA and an EMA, you'll just have to do a Google search.
This policy is effective May 2011, in order to reduce the massive workload (currently averaging 2hrs per day) that I am incurring, in replying to emails from traders seeking guidance with either general trading knowledge or specific challenges currently being faced by the writer. My preference is to use this time to develop new products, articles or videos which benefit all traders, rather than providing unpaid email support to only a small number of traders.
